With more than 20 years of property management experience, I’ve worked through the kinds of challenges that can quickly overwhelm a property — staffing changes, lease-ups, maintenance backlogs, difficult transitions, employee training needs, resident concerns, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operational demands.

I created Legacy Property Consulting & Solutions to provide practical, hands-on support to property management companies, owners, and onsite teams who need experienced help without necessarily adding another permanent position.

My approach is simple: listen first, identify what is creating the challenge, develop a realistic plan, and work alongside the team to put that plan into action.

I believe strong properties begin with strong people, clear processes, good communication, and consistent follow-through. My goal is not to come in and tell a team everything they are doing wrong. It is to help identify what can work better, strengthen the people already in place, and create solutions that make daily operations more manageable and successful.

Over the years, I have developed experience in property operations, employee training, lease-ups, property stabilization, maintenance planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, resident communication, software and workflow support, and management transitions.
